Product Description:

The main part of AERS™ 3250 water dispersion is IV epoxy modified by polyacrylic acid. It suits for water-based amino baking paint and applies to hardware baking, primer and intermediate coatings of automotive

Product Technical Specification:

Application:

  1. This product is specially suitable for anti-rust required primer and protective paint for metal substrates.
  2. It is suitable for hardware baking paint, primer and intermediate coatings of vehicle according to its excellent adhesive.
  3. It also can be used for water-based amino baking paint. Amino additive amount is 7-12% of this product.

Package and Storage:

1.Package specifications: 50kg and 200kg

We suggest customers to store the products in original closed containers under 0℃-40℃. This product has high stability with more than 12 months shelf-life.  The viscosity may drop during storage, but there is no effect on its use.

2.Keep the product under anti-freezing environment to avoid possible freezing.

Epoxy Emulsion–AERS®6053

Product Description:

AERS™6053 is the aqueous dispersion of the I type epoxy resin,the appearance is white emulsion with blue light.7% Proprylene glycol monomethyl ether contained.

Product Technical Specification:

Application:

1.Combination use of this product with epoxy hardener will provide excellent adhesion to most metals, and suitable to make primer of anti-rust paint and protection paint.To get the better anti-corrosion property,80% percent of the theoretical value is usually suggested as the dosage of hardener.It could also be used as both primer and finish decorative paints when faced with tough weather resistance requirements.

2.The temperature should not exceed 50℃ when involved in the dispersion and

grinding of the pigment and fillers.

3.When designing the formulations,the additives or fillers needed to be proved stable in the experiment before use.For instance,the additives will influence the stability of the formulation if it contains the substances that will react with the epoxy group.

Epoxy Emulsion–AERS®6075M

Product Description:

AERSTM is modified epoxy resin with the self-emulsifying characteristic. It could be dissolved in the Proprylene glycol monomethyl ether.It could be emulsified in water with the water-based hardener,as well as under the normal mechanical agitation.

  1. Self-emulsifying
  2. Excellent water resistance and good salt&fog resistance properties
  3. Low odour,can be used in water-based coatings
